    Offered here is a Vintage 1940s - 1950's Vintage Mini Felt Pennant ~ Fort Pitt Blockhouse ~ Pittsburgh, PA . Pennant is approximately 8.5" and in excellent condition. Found with a group of pennants dated between 1940 and 1955 ~ don't believe it is any later - could be older. I have not seen another one on eBay exactly like it or in this condition. I am not a collector so please take my description accordingly. Photographed against two different backgrounds to provide the most detail and accurate color rendition.
