Coker House at 609 North Street, Chapel Hill, NC went on sale for .5million, and this 16-page, full-color descriptive memorandum/prospectus was prepared and published by the real estate firm, North Carolina Estates. Coker was a Botany Professor at UNC when he built the 4,200 square foot  mansion. Situated on 2.88 acres, the house has been owned by only two families since 1908.
