Conditions:
Could use cleaning - review all photos
Purchased at an Estate Sale in Colorado
Research shows the warranty seal design was used from 1931-1961
Fabric is like a nylon.
The Seal is not printed but embroidered, as you can see through the back fabric
The Hook and Loop makes this band adjustable
