Description
This is a soft-cover book (see picture) entitled 1950 PASADENA TOURNAMENT OF ROSES PICTORIAL. This 34-page book, which features Rose Queen Marion Brown on the cover, is loaded with great black and white photos of the Rose Parade floats. It also contains a very nice summary of the 1950 Rose Bowl football game, including group pictures of both teams. Ohio State beat California by a score of 17-14. This book is clean and intact, exhibiting some wear and creasing from handling and storage over the past 65 years. Except for a date and phrase written in pencil at the top of the front cover, there is no handwriting in the book. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Tournament of Roses enthusiast, Pasadena historian, or Ohio State or California football fan in your life! Postage is .00. And, of course I'll combine postage on multiple purchases. Be sure to check the other items in my eBay store, too!
